If any product is faulty in any way, you must report it within 3 working days of receiving it, we do quality checks on all our goods before uploading them, and can insure that all our goods meet high standards set by the industry. Once reported to us, we will investigate the issue. We will send you a replacement of the goods you ordered. In the event of the circumstance of not being able to replace the item, you will be credited with the amount due. We will only credit you with the same payment method you initially paid via paid by PayPal. We reserve the right to withdraw crediting you in special circumstances. In this case we will credit you with gift vouchers.
